How Does It Work?
Each of our TownBassadors is equipped with a unique, personal affiliate link for every merchant offer. These links can be used in emails, websites and social media, or visually represented by distinctive QR codes on leaflets and posters.
With these links, we can direct potential clients straight to your website or handle booking and checkout on our own platform—whichever works best for you.
When a client accesses your offer through one of these links or scans the QR code, and the visit results in a purchase or booking, our system precisely tracks which TownBassador referred the lead, ensuring they earn their commission.

At TownBassadors.com, we prioritize integrity and quality. We welcome businesses dedicated to excellence, demonstrated by a minimum 4-star average on major review platforms like Google, TripAdvisor, or Airbnb Experiences.
New ventures are also invited to join after our Quality Assurance team personally verifies the professionalism of their offerings.
If you prefer us to handle bookings and checkouts, we’ll need to sync our calendar with yours to prevent any double bookings. In this case, your website won’t be involved in the process at all.
Alternatively, if you’d like everything to stay on your website, we’ll forward all our leads directly to your page. For this, we’ll just need to install a basic tracker to identify the lead sources we send you. This tracker is compatible with all major web platforms and hosting providers, and installing it on your website’s backend is a simple, 5-minute task—we’ll be there to help every step of the way.
You’re free to choose the option that suits you best; both are simple and straightforward, and we’re here to support you throughout.
If you choose to have us handle bookings and checkouts on TownBassadors.com, we’ll simply deduct the pre-agreed commission and transfer the remaining amount to you.
If you prefer directing leads to your own website, our installed tracker will identify purchases made through our referrals and record the agreed commission.
We won’t touch your finances, you’ll have full control over all commission payouts.
No website? No problem! We can create a page for you on our site, where your services can be booked directly. We'll sync our calendars and ensure you get paid for bookings made through your page.
Alternatively, we can also help you and build your website, if you wish to launch your own.
Generally, the commission we ask you to pay after the clients we deliver is around 20%. Of course, you are welcome to offer more, and motivate our TownBassadors to focus on your offer.
If your services or products are on the higher end, so a lower percantage can be still a favourable offer to our TownBassadors, we won't role that our either.
Offering additional perks to customers often sells well, and naturally, it will also encourage our TownBassadors to champion your services even more enthusiastically.
We invite you to supply your images, logos, and slogans. If you have ready-to-use commercial creatives, that's fab! If design isn't your forte, our professional team is at your service.
These materials will be available for TownBassadors to use in promoting your business.
No, it's all on us!
You can join TownBassadors as an advertising merchant for completely free. You only pay the pre-agreed commission when we already sent paying clients on your way. You will collect their payments first and only pay us after.
We have a small service fee, but at the beginning it's on us too! We offer you a 45-days free trial, and we are confident that after seeing the value of our service you will agree that our monthly 35€ service fee is a bargain in return for the level of exposial and amount of leads we provide.
