Once a service is booked, we provide you and the Service Provider with the booking details. Changes or cancellations are subject to the Service Provider’s terms, found under the booking calendar.

You must provide accurate contact details for us and/or the Service Provider to inform you about your booking. You agree to comply with our Terms and those of the Service Provider, acknowledging that violations may result in additional charges or cancellation of your Booking.

II/4. Payments

We facilitate your payment to the Service Provider, ensuring transaction completion. Payment terms are final and may be non-refundable; check the Service Provider’s policy for specifics.

Section III - Partnering as a Merchant or TownBassador

The terms of partnership as a TownBassador (affiliate or sales agent) or Merchant are governed by a separate agreement, not covered here, and must be signed upon joining.
